With its neutral flavour profile and ultra-smooth texture, it pairs seamlessly with any Routin 1883 syrup, purée, espresso or milk, allowing your chosen flavours to shine while delivering a velvety, café-quality finish every time.

Usage instructions

Use approximately 20-30ml of base per 12oz beverage.

1. Add ice to your blender.
2. Pour in cold milk or plant-based milk of choice.
3. Add 2 pumps (?20ml) of Routin 1883 Liquid Frappé Base.
4. Add any syrups, purées or espresso shots.
5. Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and creamy.

• Classic House Frappé: Blend milk, ice, 20ml frappé base and a double espresso.
• Summer Fruit Frappe?: Add 20ml base to ice, milk and a generous dose of Routin fruit purée; blend until silky.
• Chocolate Mocha Shake: Combine 20ml base with milk, espresso, chocolate syrup and ice for a rich dessert-style drink.
