• This charming tea brewer is designed as a teapot rather than a tea kettle. That means it's not intended to be used on the stovetop, like a pot or whistling kettle. Make sure it is room temperature before pouring the water into the infuser basket.
• Designed to hold up to 40 fluid ounces of tea, enough for three to four mugs’ worth of tea. Or, if you prefer a classic teacup, plenty for you and two friends to have two full cups each. The included cozy will keep the pot warm as you all catch up.

• Makes excellent cold brewed tea. Just add tea and water, and place in the refrigerator to slow-steep to perfection. If your tea requires hot water, make sure the pot has cooled to room temp after adding to the pot and before putting in the fridge.
