We've been keeping this exceptional coffee under wraps for some time now, we secretly submitted our latest Single Origin coffee to the great taste awards 2015 to ensure the judges agreed with us, that MAMA CATA is one of the finest coffee's we have ever tasted!

Not only has this exceptional coffee won a 2015 great taste award, but it has also been endorsed by the speciality coffee association.

Evoking sweet spicy notes and a baked apple sweet bitterness, this medium to dark roasted coffee is hand-selected and roasted to sheer perfection in our state of the art unique convection roasting oven, right here in the UK. The exceptional quality of this coffee must be tasted to appreciate its complex notes oaky notes and fruity sweetness on the palate.

Our best-selling coffee for a reason, this medium roast perfectly balanced South American Arabica blend (90%) with cleaned high-grade Robusta coffee's (10%) makes for an award-winning combination. Some of our customers have used this blend for 10+ years, this timeless classic is as perfect for espresso machines and bean to cups today as when it was conceived.

This is a rich smooth tasting coffee, which evokes its tantalising aromas from the first sip to its last, with a  long thick crema that truly holds this coffee truly sets a standard for espresso blends. Combined with our state of the art unique roasting this blend has only improved with a cleaner, smoother taste than ever before.
