Dark Chocolate

Glucose syrup, Water, Sugar, Whole MILK powder, Vegetable fat (palm), Flavours, White chocolate (0.5%) (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Powdered MILK, Whey powder (MILK) Emulsifier: MILK lecithin, Vanilla extract), Emulsifier: E471, Thickener: E406, Preservative: E202, Colour: E171, Sweetener: E955 (Sucralose).

Glucose syrup, Sweetened condensed MILK (Concentrated partially skimmed MILK, Sugar), Water, Sugar, Caramelized sugar (5%), Vegetable fat (palm), Thickener: E406, Flavours, Emulsifier: E471, Preservative: E202.

RECIPE IDEAS

Classic Mocha

You'll need

• 3 pumps of Dark Chocolate sauce
• Double espresso
• Steamed milk

Method

1. Brew the espresso
2. Add the sauce to the espresso
3. Give the two a quick mix
4. Pour in the milk

Tip: Finish off with a light dusting of chocolate powder

Chocolate Brownie Latte

Add a little something extra to your menu board by introducing a couple of syrups and whipping up a chocolate brownie latte, the best accompaniment to a chocolate brownie!

You'll need

• 2 pumps of Simply Chocolate Sauce
• 2 pumps of Simply Caramel Sauce
• Double espresso
• Steamed milk

Method

1. Combine the sauce and syrup together
2. Add to the espresso
3. Pour in the steamed milk and serve
