Our timeless classic dark roast coffee, this strong but yet smooth coffee has a truly distinctive taste and provides long lasting crema and intense aromatic. This expertly blended mix of single plantation South American Arabica coffee's and extremely high grade cleaned Robusta coffee's gives a perfectly balanced espresso blend

Due to the high roast of this particular blend we do not recommend it for use in automatic bean to cup machines.

Convection roasting or air roasting is exactly how it sounds, smooth streams of hot air gently pass over the coffee beans until perfectly roasted. This creates a smooth and equally as important, an even roast, without any scorching or over-roasting usually associated with traditional drum roasters.
